The pastry is not only crispy and its tasty too!

The is the ready to use puff pastry that  save me on preparing the pastry from zero.   I have to clarify that I am not paid  or earn any commission  to advertise for this puff pastry.   LOL They do come handy, even children can make their own pizza.  Beside pizza they are many other snacks can be prepared from these pastry.  My fridge is every ready with few packets of this ready to use pastry puff.

After defrost the puff pastry lay them on the baking tray with baking sheet  and baked in pre-heat oven of 180°C for 10 mins.

Spread a layer of tomato paste (I used tomato sauce only), place any topping of your choice.

The toppings can be anything that  can find in kitchen.

The toppings -   From canned tuna, big onion, corn, sausages, ham, bacon, fresh bell  red/yellow/green pepper,  canned mushroom, canned pineapple and etc etc....

Lastly spread a layer of Mozzarella cheese, and off to the oven for another 10 minutes.

The lazy puff pastry pizza is ready to be served.

So, what are you waiting for, head to the nearest supermarket, get a few packets of the ready to use pastry for the yummy puff pizza for your family to enjoy!

The idea and inspiration of the above is from Y3K recipes Issue 73.
