Simple Carrot Cake

It is after my 2nd attempt on this Carrot Cake, this post finally  able to post it to my blog.  My 1st attempt, the taste of the cake is delicious  but the texture is bit moist.  

My 2nd attempt without frosting.

My 1st attempt with the cream cheese fronting with lemon zest and juice added.
