A very basic and simple Orange Butter cake specially baked for hubby. He does not fancy cheese cake unlike my 3 children. As for me, I prefer healthier cakes with less butter, less sugar and less cream. A family of 5 with different likings, the task of cooking and baking in the house is no easy task! Many of you agree with me 100%. Right?

- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing.
Hi! I like plain cakes too without any frosting, don't want to add more calories to an already calories loaded cake lol! This should be nice with the almond meal in it!
