Cottony Cinnamon Cheesecake

Lately, most of my bakes,  cinnamon powder is one if the ingredients I used.    Guess I really love the aroma of cinnamon added in  my bakes.  Join me for a cinnamon baking spree as more with cinnamon to come.  Stay tuned! 

My previous posts with cinnamon are namely Simple Apple Cake and  Simple Carrot Cake.  These cakes are simple, quick and easy to bake.  Do give it a try.  

Recipe of this Light cinnamon Cheesecake is adapted from  Dessert's Temptation by wendy's delights.  I double the amount of the ingredients to make 2 7inch square cake for my family and my brother's family.   If I were to bake the amount of cinnamon powder have to be reduce, as we find the aroma of cinnamon is too strong.

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake  -

Ingredients for an 6" OREO Cheesecake  ( mine is 7½'' lose base cake pan)
 

Biscuit Base: ( I double the amount on the ingredients, children prefer thicker oreo biscuits base)
 
60 gr crushed OREO cookies (with no cream, however, the cream to be used for the filling)
25 gr butter, melted

Irresistible Unbaked Oreo Cheesecake

Youngest daughter always craving and prefer  an non bake cheesecake over baked cheesecake.  Since it  has been  quite a while that I did not prepare any cheesecake for her.  Taking the opportunity of the long weekend holiday with  Malaysia Day 16th September  falls on Sunday and son is coming home from Singapore for a short break. Armed  with a recipe I that  got it from a facebook friend Angel Tsp, sharing with you the irresistible sinful unbaked Oreo Cheesecake to tempt you!!
