This tasty finger food not only keep hunger and sleepiness at bay during the wee hours, but give you energy to cheer on your favorite teams all night long. How you like it? Ole Ole Ole!!
This simple and easy snacks was rated as one of the Top 10 easy World Cup snacks by Star Papers dated 14th June 2014.
Others snacks are Spiced Almonds & Cashew Nuts, Murtabak Mee, Strawberry Jelly with Nata de Coco and Longan, Smores, Roti Canai, French Toast, Chocolate Hazelnut Mug Cake , Mushrooms, chicken and cheese spring rolls, Nachos with chunky Salsa.
As for the Tuna Cracker the recipe is adapted from Star paper by Ms Ivy Leong with modifications.
What you need
5 cum diced Japanese cucumber
2 to 3 shallots ( chopped)
1 small tomato (diced)
1 can of tuna
some pepper
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
some crackers
some coral lettuce
How to do it
- Combined diced cucumber and shallots in a bowl, Marinate with salt for 2 minutes and rinse with water (This is to make to cucumber and onion stay crunchy.
- Add in tuna to mix well
- Add in mayonnaise and pepper to mix well
- Service with crackers and coral lettuce.
