This crispy and crunchy vegetarian delights love by all and is a' must try' dish!
An expensive dish if dined in vegetarian restaurant.
Ingredients
250 Oyster mushroom
2 cups cereal
Marinade
Salt
Mushroom seasoning granule
Batter - Mixed till smooth
2 tbsp sweet potato flour (I used rice flour)
5 tbsps plain flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp custard powder
8 tbsp water - to adjust
1/2 tsp mushroom essence
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
Dash of sesame oil
Method
- Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for about 5 minutes. rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture. Cut them into halves.
- Marinate the mushrooms with the marinade. Set aside.
- Dip marinated mushrooms into the batter and coat them in cereal. Deep fry until golden.
- Dish out and put on kitchen towel to absorb access oil.
- Serve with chilli sauce.
香脆麦片鲍鱼菇
材料
250克 鲍鱼菇
2杯 麦片
腌制料
适量盐
适量蘑菇味调味粒
面糊 - 搅拌均匀和液体状
2汤匙 饭熟粉 (我用粘米粉来取代)
5汤匙 面粉
1汤匙 发酵粉
1汤匙 蛋黄粉
8汤匙 水 (或自己调至适量)
1/2茶匙 蘑菇味调粒
1/2茶匙 盐
1汤匙 食油
1/2茶匙 五香粉
少许麻油
做法
- 把鲍鱼菇放入沸水灼五分钟。然后,用开水冲洗。把水份挤出。将鲍鱼菇分半。
- 将腌制料放入鲍鱼菇。 搅拌均匀然后搁置。
- 把腌制了得鲍鱼菇粘上面糊和一层麦片。然后放入热油炸成金黄。
- 用厨房纸巾吸掉多余油份。
- 即可食用。
