Ingredients for  a healthy heart that can be prepared  at our kitchen.

1  cup Lemon Juice
1 cup Ginger Juice
1 cup  Garlic Juice
1 cup  Apple Cider Vinegar

3 cups of natural honey
1 clay pot ( I used  corning ware)

(Ratio 1:1 for the above with honey ratio 1:3)

Mix all the above four (4) ingredients  namely  lemon juice, ginger juice, garlic juice and apple cider vinegar in the corning ware (clay pot),  simmer in low heat for about 60 minutes or till solution reduces to 3  cups.

Set aside to cool,  then add in 3 cups of honey and store in cleaned bottles.

Drink 1 tablespoon daily before breakfast.  It is believed to help to clear blood vein and artery blockages in most cases.

I prepared the drink with 3 times of the ingredient and yield 4 ½ bottles as shown above.

If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to consult your personal physician for further advise .

  3. Hi Christine, tasted this before and to me it's perfect! However, some people may not like the taste. My cousin sister gave me 1 bottle and since then, I always told myself I would prepare it myself but till now, still too lazy and/or busy to do it.
