Mamamia! huhlala! What an Irresistible, juicy Chinese Style Lamb chop for everyone to enjoy!
Lamb are not for me, but hubby and children love it. Made an effort specially prepare this dish for them. It goes best with mint sauce.
There is no specific recipe for the dish, but this simple yet delicious dish
is must try for those who love lamb meat.
I bought 3 slices of lamb chop from Jusco supermarket. Marinate with ginger juice, my home made ' aromatic spice' to get the extra Uummph! hehe.... , oyster sauce, honey, chinese shaoshin wine 绍兴酒, black pepper sauce, kept in the refrigerator overnight.
Wrap with aluminum foil and bake in the over till done. Open the foil the last 10 mins to brown the Lamb chop slightly. Boil the left over sauce from the marinate and pour over the lamb chop. Squeeze some lemon juice and toasted sesame seeds, serve hot with white rice.
Friendly Tips - If you prefer other favor, you may replace the black pepper sauce with terriyaki sauce, or any other sauce that you like most.
Ginger juice helps to get rid of the strong lamb smell.
