Carrot contains a variety of vitamins, nutrients and Vitamin A. It also contains pectin, amino acids and inorganic salt which help to reduce blood sugar, Folic acid and lignin in carrot greatly enhance the body's anti-cancer immunity. Radish contains a lot of digestive enzymes starch which help to prevent hyperacidity and play a great role in promoting the digestive function.
Ingredients (1 portion)
140gm carrot
50g radish
200g water
1/2 orange (or 4g acid citric powder)
Method
- Cut Carrot and radish into pieces. Peel orange and cut into pieces.
- Place all ingredients in blender, add in water and finely blend for 1 minute.
- Ready to serve
Consume 30 minutes to 1 hour before meal or in between meals
