You need (Recipe adapted from Y3K Recipes)
600 gm spare-ribs (chopped into pieces) 排骨 - 斩块
3 pips garlic - minced 蒜末
400ml water 清水
1 cube fermented reddish beancurd or nam yee 南乳1块
1/2 tbsp dark sauce 半汤匙 黑酱油
1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 汤匙蚝油
1 tbsp sesame oil 1 汤匙麻油
1 tbsp sour plum sauce 1汤匙酸梅酱
- Coat ribs with marinade for one hour.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the wok, saute garlic till golden. Add in marinaded ribs and water. Cook ribs for 30 minutes till sauce has dried up.
- Serve hot with rice.
