Sharing with you my very own recipe of Home Made Char Siew
Ingredients
600 gms pork belly
Marinade
Cooking wine to adjust
3-4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp honey
3 tsps or to adjust ' Aromatic Spice'
- Wash and clean the pork belley and add in the marinade and marinate overnight.
- Put the pork belly on the tray cover with foil and bake with the foil cover in a preheat oven for about 30 mins or till cooked. Turn the pork in between baking for both side to cook even. Open the foil the last 10 mins to brown and slightly burnt the pork.
- Cut Char Siew into slices and serve with hot rice.
